How to remove your data from CF Pay

Merchants (Page owners)

1. Open Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations.
2. Find CF Pay and click Remove. This revokes our access to your Page immediately.
3. To also delete your stored shop, order and payment records, email us as described below.

Customers (people who commented or messaged a shop)

Email cfpay789@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook name and the shop (Page) name you bought from.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days.
• We delete your personal data, including comments, messages, slip images and delivery details, within 30 days.
• We may keep minimal records where Lao law requires it (for example, accounting records), and delete them when no longer required.
