Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 October 2026

These Terms govern use of CF Pay, a service of Vientiane Street Company Limited ("we"). By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CF Pay detects order comments on your Facebook live videos and posts, sends bills to your customers through Messenger, reads payment slips, and tracks orders. Features may change over time.

2. Your account and Page

• You must be authorised to manage the Facebook Page you connect and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must follow Meta's terms and policies, including Messenger policies, and the laws of the Lao PDR.

3. Your sales

You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, stock, refunds, delivery, taxes, and for dealing with your customers. We are not a party to sales between you and your customers and do not hold or transfer funds.

4. Slip checking

Automatic slip checking helps detect wrong amounts and duplicate slips but cannot guarantee that a payment was received. You should confirm money in your bank account, especially for high-value orders. We are not liable for losses from forged or mistaken slips.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use CF Pay to sell illegal goods, send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect data for purposes other than fulfilling orders.

6. Fees

Paid plans and prices are shown before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law. We may suspend accounts with unpaid fees.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using CF Pay at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if Meta restricts access to its platform. On termination we disconnect your Page and handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

CF Pay is provided "as is". The service depends on Facebook, Messenger and other third-party systems that may change or be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lao PDR.
